Established in 2015 by Chartered Quantity Surveyor Mark Wakeman, Cowling Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Limited started providing quantity surveying and commercial management at all stages of the construction process. Being a client focussed professional, Mark has built long term relationships with a number of Clients which has enabled Cowling Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Limited to go from strength to strength.
Our assignments are carried out in short term contracts and freelance work in the civil engineering, building and construction sectors. We are flexible to the needs of our clients and are happy to discuss any requirements. We work with our clients to deliver to their exact needs first time, and believe that building good strong working relationships is the key to delivery.
The assignments tend to provide services for companies who do not need a full time permanent quantity surveyor or to assist those companies who do not have the in house capabilities to cover their full commercial requirements at a particular time.
Since 2015, the company has developed to provide further services to the construction sector. We can provide project management services through our SMSTS qualified Quantity Surveyors.
More recently, we have provided specialist lighting solutions to the construction sector, including industry unique tracked lighting towers which provide solutions where standard lighting towers cannot.
We also have the capability to provide paddock and small field maintenance services in the local Cowling area, where our head office is still located.
