We provide project, contract and site management services using our SMSTS qualified staff. These services are provided to clients and contractors alike.

We have nearly a decade of experience in the regeneration and development of wildflower meadows and habitat creation.

About Us

We are a small quantity surveying practice, accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, based in North Yorkshire with nationwide coverage.

The practice was set up in 2015 by Mark Wakeman MRICS after a 12 year career with leading tier one civil engineering contractors when Mark saw the need to provide services for companies who do not need a full time permanent quantity surveyor or to assist those companies who do not have the in house capabilities to cover their full commercial requirements at a particular time.

​

The practice was named after Mark's home village high on the Yorkshire Pennines and where the Head Office is located.
